Keegans Movement Lab is operated by Keegan Baldwin as a sole trader, ABN 58 560 412 976. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Keegan Baldwin is a chiropractor registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (registration CHI0002779763). As a health service provider, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us regardless of the size of the business.

A note on scope. This policy covers this website. Your clinical records, meaning consultation notes, examination findings and treatment history, are held separately in our practice management system (Cliniko) under the clinic's own privacy arrangements, and are not collected by this website.

What we collect

We do not collect health information through this website, and we ask you not to include health details in a website enquiry. If you need to tell us something clinical, do it at your appointment or by phone.

Why we collect it

Email, and how to stop it

We only email marketing material to people who have asked for it. Every email we send identifies us and carries a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes one click, and it takes effect for all future marketing email.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to run this site, and some of them hold or process data overseas:

Keeping it safe

We hold your information on reputable providers' systems, protected by access controls and passwords. No system online is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us, and we only keep it for as long as we need it.

Seeing and correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Email hello@keegansmovementlab.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, normally 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, email hello@keegansmovementlab.com with the details. We will look into it and reply in writing, normally within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner: oaic.gov.au, or 1300 363 992.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will tell you when it last changed.
