Mobility & Flexibility Classes

Who is this For?
Are you interested in improving your mobility but have a limited time or budget to dedicate to it? Do you want to try out one of my services with low commitment? If yes to either, this is for you! All levels of flexibility are welcome!
What Do we do in class?
Each class is designed to cover all the major muscle groups of the lower body. I will walk you through 5-6 targeted drills after a general warmup. Some exercises involve weights or other tools like resistance bands to adjust the difficulty to your individual level. Some exercises will also be prescribed based on some basic mobility tests for a personalised experienced within the group environment.
What Do I need?
A yoga mat, foam roller/ massage ball and towel is recomended, although, I often have a spare or two if you don’t have one.
Handstand Classes

Who Is this For?
Have you always wanted to learn how to hand balance but didn’t know where to start? Do you want to learn a cool party trick to impress your friends at the same time as building confidence, strength and balance? This class is for you!
How is Class Structured?
This class is designed for complete beginners and intermediate students to take you from never going upside down to your first 10 second hold and beyond!
We focus on using proper technique as well as time tested drills to train the required strength and control to reliably stay upside down.
These classes are community focused and designed to get you to a level where you can join handstand meetups that I organise around the northern beaches. Handstanding is usually a solitary practice and these meetups turn it into a group activity where we share our knowledge and cheer each other on.

Who Is this For?
Do you run a business that wants to host a unique event in your space? Do you have a gym, yoga studio or other large space and a member/ client group that would be interested in learning about their bodies. This is for you!
What Classes Do I Offer?
These classes are designed to be stand alone deep dives into a specific skill. They are designed to give the students the tools they need to develop their own program to follow after the class and progress towards the skill with confidence. Each skill is modular, therefore longer workshops can be created by combining multiple skills if desired.
The skills that I can teach in this way include Handstands, Pancake, front splits, side splits, back bends and arm overhead full flexion.
